28 July 2026 | ZeroMandatoryVaxx.com| Proposed legislation, H.R. 9672, the ‘‘Vaccine Injury Compensation Modernization Act of 2026,’’ updates the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program by increasing compensation, adding provisions for legal representation and appeals, increasing manufacturers vaccine tax from $.75 per vaccine to $2.20 per vaccine, and expanding Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) filing window from three years to five years.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to make updates to the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, and for other purposes.
