Tennessee HB 1894 Targets Vaxx Products in Food
April 2, 2024 | ZeroMandatoryVaxx.com | The Tennessee House and Senate passed HB 1894 requiring “food that contains a vaccine or vaccine material” must be labeled as pharmaceutical drugs. The bill was passed in the House on March 4th and in the Senate on March 28th, and now waits to be signed by the governor.
The use of plants to grow and deliver vaxx materials is well documented in scientific literature. Bills have been introduced in some states to address the lack of regulatory oversight over foods containing vaxx materials.
Kentucky Representative Massie spoke about the hazards involved with putting pharmaceutical materials in food products in September 2023 stating, “I think it’s dangerous to play God with our food.”

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 47, Chapter 18 and Title 53, relative to foods that contain certain substances.
Food and Food Products – As introduced, defines food that contains a vaccine or vaccine material as a drug for purposes of the Tennessee Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. – Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 18 and Title 53.
