Ruling Concludes CAF Mandatory CV Vaxx Policy Violated Charter Rights
July 6, 2023 | ZeroMandatoryVaxx.com | The Canadian Armed Forces Grievance Board (CAFGB) ruled that the mandatory CV-19 vaxx policy violated the rights of a Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) member who was released for non-compliance with the policy.
The case summary stated: “The Committee concluded that the policy infringed on the rights protected under Section 7 of the Charter and that the limitations of these rights were not in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice. The Committee viewed some aspects of the policy as arbitrary and overly broad, and its implementation as disproportionate.”
The Committee recommended re-enrollment of the released CAF service member if eligible and desired, as well as consideration given to compensation for unjust release.
