March 24, 2023 | ZeromandatoryVaxx.com | A federal appeals court upheld an injunction against Joe Biden’s C19 vaxx mandate for federal workers. The Court rejected arguments that Biden has the same authority as the CEO of a private corporation to require employees get the injection.

The case will be returning to court for further arguments, when, according to Judge Andrew Oldham, “both sides will have to grapple with the White House’s announcement that the COVID emergency will finally end on May 11, 2023.”
