Vaccination death in Berlin nursing home?
“For the first time there is an eyewitness report from a Berlin nursing home on the situation after vaccination. He comes out of the retirement home, AGAPLESION Bethanien Havel garden in Berlin-Spandau. Within four weeks of the first vaccination with the BioNTech/Pfizer vaccine Comirnaty, eight out of 31 seniors who suffered from dementia but were in a good physical condition corresponding to their age before the vaccination died there. The first death occurred after six days, and five other seniors died around 14 days after vaccination. The first symptoms of the disease had already appeared shortly after vaccination. On 3 January 2021, 31 residents of the dementia ward “Ground floor / Protected area” had been vaccinated with Comirnaty. In the case of another three seniors, the relatives had objected to the vaccination, two residents were in terminal care, which is why vaccination was not carried out.
The inhabitants of this station are very active, “defensive” demented, who are physically in good condition. You can move around the station all day without restrictions. The day before the vaccination, the 31 vaccinated persons were all in good health. A few days before, all had been tested negative for corona according to the whistleblower report.
According to whistleblowers, the first vaccination with Comirnaty on 3 January 2021 took place in such a way that all residents were gathered in the lounge of the ground floor area. A vaccination team consisting of an elderly vaccinator, three auxiliary staff and two Bundeswehr soldiers in Flecktarn uniform carried out the vaccinations. The home staff and the home doctor supported the process. The role of the Bundeswehr soldiers, who did not move away from the vaccine at any moment, is not finally clarified.
But what the whistleblower could see was that the presence of the uniformed people intimidated the seniors. The group, which normally shows a “strong defensive behavior” with unusual treatments, was hardly recognizable, so predominantly “lamb-like” they had the vaccination with Comirnaty over themselves. The whistleblower suspects that this could also be related to the fact that the elderly elderly women who had witnessed the war could not properly assess the role of the soldiers and possibly felt reminded of war-traumatic circumstances.
During the first vaccination, a resisting elderly woman was held under the watchful eyes of the Bundeswehr soldiers by a nurse, reports the eyewitness. A judicial decision for the detention, which as such constitutes coercion and therefore fundamentally requires a judicial assessment in the individual case, was not available.
According to the whistleblower, the second dose of vaccination was given without warning wherever the person to be vaccinated was found. For example, an old lady lying unsuspecting in bed, who began to resist the second dose, was detained by two nurses to overcome her resistance – again without the necessary judicial decision. According to whistleblowers, also the stripping for the PCR test, which some seniors tried to resist, takes place regularly with the use of physical strength against the seniors who resist the unwanted removal.
Information provided by the whistleblower was the vaccination information of the caregivers and relatives – the seniors are not able to effectively consent to vaccination due to their dementia restriction – on the basis of outdated information sheets of the RKI/Green Dot. There are missing in particular the gem. of Regulation (EC) No. 507/2006 to the EU conditional Marketing Authorisation (authorisation granted only to a limited extent to the vaccine Comirnaty) and to the important reasons which led to the conditional marketing authorisation (in particular also the data situation which, from the point of view of the authorisation authority EMA, has still to be improved with regard to various aspects, e.g. with regard to the interaction con Comirnaty with other drugs).
Already on the day of vaccination, four of the vaccinated seniors began to show unusual symptoms. In the evening of that day, they were exhausted and extremely tired, some of them falling asleep at dinner at the table. A strong drop in oxygen saturation was detected in the blood. In the further course of the lead fatigue continued, the oxygen saturation in the blood remained insufficient, partly gasping breathing occurred and it came to fever, edema, rash, a yellowish-gray discoloration of the skin and the (characteristic) muscle tremor on upper body and arms.
The seniors also showed a change of character, were partially unresponsive and refused food and drink. A vaccinated elderly woman, who had previously been “in good shape” for her age and did not suffer from any serious pre-existing diseases, died on 9 January 2021, just six days after the vaccination. The deaths of the vaccinated seniors occurred on 15 January, 16 January, 19 January (2 deaths), 20 January, 2 February and 8 February 2021. The last deceased senior was a former opera singer who had played the piano the day before the vaccination. The whistleblower reports on the state of his health that the old man regularly went jogging, danced, played music and was otherwise very dynamic and active.
Of the seniors tested negative before the vaccination, several suddenly had a positive test result after the vaccination. However, all of these seniors did not show any of the known COVID-19 symptoms, i.e. symptoms of a cold illness such as cough, runny nose, loss of sense of smell and taste, etc.
On January 24, 2021, the second dose of Comirnaty was administered to 21 seniors. After this vaccination, according to the whistleblower, eleven seniors are now showing persistent extreme tiredness, partial gasping, partial edema, skin rash and the yellowish-greyish skin discoloration. As of February 10, 2021, the seniors who received the second dose of Comirnaty have died, but the health condition continues to deteriorate in some of the seniors from this group.
The whistleblower impressively describes the different nature of the dying process of the vaccinated. Normally, the dying would eventually accept their approaching death and – perhaps after seeing a loved one for the last time-leave in peace. However, the death as after the vaccination was different. It was “inhumane”. The old people had breathed heavily, trembled strongly, were inwardly as if they had stepped away. It had seemed to him like a lonely, futile struggle against death, as if “people knew that their time had not really come yet, and therefore they had not yet been able to let go”.
The retirement home AGAPLESION Bethanien Havelgarten was called on 3 February 2021 by lawyer Viviane Fischer, named and authorised by two journalists researching the topic, to comment on the events, but has still not received an answer to this day.
On February 3, 2021, 12:04 p.m., attorney Viviane Fischer filed a criminal complaint with the Public prosecutor’s Office and informed the police as well as Prof. Klaus Cichutek, the head of the Paul Ehrlich Institute responsible for the detection of vaccine side effects, and the health senator of Berlin, Dilek Kalayci, about the events. The health office was also informed as well as the body responsible for the care of the Senate administration.
Lawyer Fischer has asked the public prosecutor’s office to secure the body of the last deceased old man, as well as pointed out the then imminent death of the then looming eighth victim, who has since succumbed to his illness.
In response to a telephone inquiry on 8 February 2021, the process was not to be found at the public prosecutor’s office in the registry. Such a recording, it was reported, could also take up to six weeks in corona times.

Such investigations are initiated whenever a doctor certifies a non-natural cause of death when issuing the death certificate. The two deaths you mentioned are also unknown to the Berlin police. In this respect, no investigations were conducted or the body of the deceased was secured. The criminal charges filed by you are available to the Berlin Police and are currently being examined by a specialist office of the criminal police or the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Berlin. For further information please contact the press office of the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Berlin.”
The investigative behavior of the police, which currently presents itself as less committed, is in contrast to the principle of legality and the obligation to prosecute crimes, to which the police and the public prosecutor are subject, according to attorney Dr. Füllmich. A violation of this could lead to the accusation of obstruction of justice in the office acc. § 258 a Penal Code. § 160 Abs. I Sentence StPO provides: “As soon as the public prosecutor becomes aware of the suspicion of an offense through a complaint or by other means, it has to investigate the facts to its resolution on whether the public action is to be brought” Acc. § 160 Abs. I Sentence 1 StPO applies “ ” The authorities and officers of the police service have to investigate criminal offenses and to make all orders which do not allow a delay in order to prevent the darkening of the matter.” .
It would therefore be contrary to current law that the police would only take action if the family or emergency doctor filling out the death certificate, even the vaccinator himself, confirmed an unnatural cause of death. It was already questionable whether an external doctor, who could not know the medical history in detail when in doubt, would be able to properly assess the situation and the events of the death. According to the described circumstances exist here, so lawyer Dr. Füllmich, undoubtedly the considerable initial suspicion that the extraordinary accumulation of deaths – in the department usually only one to two seniors die a month – is not due to natural causes.
With regard to the eleven seniors whose health had deteriorated after the second dose of Comirnaty, there was also a risk of default.
The police, the health authorities and the Senate administration held a position of guarantee for the security of the population. If the persons called upon to avert danger do not fulfill this obligation, a criminal liability of the persons acting on account of active aid or aid by omission to bodily injury (possibly resulting in death) – in the office – is considered, so lawyer Fischer. A negligent participation in the crime must also be examined if necessary. Accordingly, the police were obliged to initiate professional investigations immediately for reasons of security for possible future victims. Autopsies are mandatory. A retreat to a possible theoretical assessment of police experts, as this was indicated to lawyer Fischer by the responsible department LKA 115 (Crimes against humans), could not be accepted. For the question, which symptoms might arise after a vaccination and possibly lead to death, there could be no expertise at present, simply because currently no reliable study results are available, e.g. with regard to the endangerment of old people by the vaccine and in particular no interaction studies with regard to other drugs. After deaths in Norway following the corona vaccination, vaccination of elderly, fragile people in Norway is no longer recommended.
Just because of the causal relationships between vaccination and the accumulation of deaths, especially among older people, government measures are now urgently needed to protect the health and life of all persons who are ready for vaccination and those who have already received a dose of Comirnaty. In certain circumstances, this may include the temporary suspension of the use of this vaccine for the duration of a full and transparent investigation into the possible role it may have played in connection with the death of the seniors whose destinies are the subject of this article.
These state measures must also be taken in particular for the benefit of those persons who wish to visit vaccination centres, who are residents of retirement or nursing homes or who have an activity in the health sector with contact with patients.
Comirnaty does not seem to be as safe as one might think, given the government’s vaccination campaign and the many public statements from politicians and experts who support the government’s lockdown.
Comirnaty is a so-called mRNA vaccine (mRNA = Messenger ribonucleic acid). The mRNA contains the “Blueprint” for a protein on the surface of SARS-CoV-2. Vaccination is this Blueprint to reach about tiny fat particles (fat-Nano particles) in the body cells of the Vaccinated. These should then produce a protein that can be found on the surface of the virus. This, in turn, is intended to induce the immune system to respond in such a way that an adequate immune response can be achieved in case of subsequent infection with SARS-CoV-2.
Due to the unusually short duration of clinical trials in humans, it is not possible from the point of view of 2020news.de it is clear that not all possible negative effects of this vaccine could be researched. From the point of view of experts, there is also the danger of the formation of infection-enhancing antibodies (english: antibody dependent enhancement, ADE). Antibodies that bind to the surface of viruses, however, do not neutralize them, but lead to an improved uptake of the virus into a cell and thus promote the spread and multiplication of the virus. Infection-enhancing antibodies promote immunopathogenesis and form a long-known potential danger of certain vaccines.
The occurrence of this risk is well documented for previous, unsuccessful development attempts of vaccines against coronaviruses (such as SARS-CoV). In some preclinical animal experiments, the test animals became seriously ill or even died after encountering the wild virus due to the occurrence of infection-enhancing antibodies.
Experts also fear that the occurrence of autoimmune diseases and an impairment or endangerment of fertility, pregnancy, unborn life, breastfeeding with breast milk and children whose mothers were vaccinated during pregnancy cannot be ruled out – especially because the probability of these negative consequences occurring could not or could not be sufficiently investigated due to the design of the human clinical trials conducted by BioNTech/Pfizer prior to the conditional approval of Comirnaty.
According to the Paul Ehrlich Institute, the polyethylene glycol (PEG)-containing lipid nanoparticles contained in the vaccine may also be considered as possible triggers of observed serious reactions in connection with the vaccination with Comirnaty. This is also worrying because PEG liposomes have been shown to be suitable for transporting substances across the blood-brain barrier in numerous preclinical studies. In addition, certain liposomes could be associated with the death of specific cells in the liver and lungs in animal experiments. According to the EMA dashboard, as of February 12, 2021, 54,828 unwanted vaccine reactions have already been reported. On 31 January 2021 there were 26,849.
Due to the multiple concerns about vaccination, a withdrawal application has already been submitted to the EMA against the approval. According to Lawyer Fischer, attorney-at-law Dr. Renate Holzeisen will file an action against this admission and urgent proceedings before the European Court of Justice (ECJ) for clients resident in Italy in due time. Such an action and such a request were possible within a period of two months after Cominarty had granted conditional approval. These proceedings would now also be accompanied by an international network of lawyers and scientists, to which the members of the Corona Committee also belonged. The judgment in the main proceedings and the decision in the urgent proceedings will have an effect in all Member states of the EU for which the conditional authorisation of Comirnaty is effective.
On 12 February 2021, the public prosecutor informed attorney Viviane Fischer in writing: “Your criminal complaint is already known here, but not yet recorded in our system, so I cannot provide you with any further information at this time. However, within the scope of permissible investigations, everything necessary is initiated with the required acceleration.”
