The subpoenaed person appeared at the vaccination appointment with her lawyer Renate Holzeisen, who is also active for the Team-K party in South Tyrol. According to the advertising invitation, both demanded from the doctor or the highest-ranking person in charge of the vaccination center present that he sign a declaration stating that the vaccination really delivers what is promised, namely immunization.
No false certification
The latter refused, whereupon Holzeisen filed charges of deception and fraud on behalf of her client. In her opinion, the doctor refused because otherwise he would have risked a criminal offense, namely false certification.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office started an investigation and sent the Carabinieri to the vaccination center to seize promotional material on vaccination. Those responsible were questioned.
Vaccines approved only against disease, not against contagion
In fact, it is a matter of misleading (“falso ideologico” according to Italian criminal law). Because according to the approval documentation decided by the EU Commission, the vaccines do not prevent becoming infected or infecting others. Only a disease or a severe course is to be prevented. However, the vaccination propaganda conveys this – glossed over.
If false, in the case a protection, as regulated in the Italian national law, is pretended, which is not given in reality, also no vaccination obligation can be required.
Lack of proportionality between benefits and harms
AstraZeneca meanwhile warns against its own preparation, as unzensuriert reported, because up to ten percent of those vaccinated run the risk of developing an autoimmune disease. As things stand, this affects 500,000 people. Consider that in Austria in the entire Corona year 2020, only 0.073 percent of the population (6,477) died of or with Corona.
